MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Co. Custom Illustrations for Billboard & Brand Collateral

MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Co. invited me to create a series of custom illustrations that celebrate the heart of their brand — their historic farm property in Bath, Ontario. These illustrations were designed for use on a directional billboard, as well as across general marketing and branding materials.

The artwork features key elements of the brewery’s identity: their iconic red barns, vintage car, roadside sign, rustic well, and even the MacKinnon brothers themselves — all illustrated in a warm, hand-drawn style that reflects the authenticity and charm of the family-run business.

The goal was to visually connect visitors to the experience of being on the farm — creating a sense of place that’s both welcoming and true to the brewery’s rural roots. Whether viewed from the roadside or on printed collateral, the illustrations help tell the story of where the beer comes from — and the people behind it.
